Rates
$150 per 50-minute session Individual Therapy/Coach session
$150.00 50-minute Child Interview (Child Specialist)
$150/hr for Family Reunification Process (discuss more during consultation), a $750.00 retainer fee required
$175.00 90-minute Family Session
$200.00 Initial Intake
$1500.00 (or more) for Psychological Evaluation (paid at time of Evaluation)
$125.00 Per Hour Mediation/ $100.00 Deposit/ or schedule in 4 hour block of time (rates may vary).

**I am on some insurance panels and it is important to check with your Insurance company to review what they will cover.  I also provide a sliding fee scale for clients that cannot pay the full amount.  I am willing to work with you!  

***I am a participating provider for Regence Blue Shield, Premera Blue Cross, Uniform, Humana, Lifewise and other insurance companies.  Please check with your insurance company.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
